Thibaud Caulier
Thibaud has completed a broad variety of investments across numerous industries and transaction types.
He has served on the board of directors of many middle market companies working with management teams to achieve accelerated growth and performance improvement.
Thibaud has extensive investment experiences as former Managing Director and Head of Peak Rock Capital Europe and he also set-up and lead H.I.G.’s office in Paris. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, he worked for PwC Business Recovery Services in Paris and London.
Laurent Blumberg
Laurent has been involved in a wide range of investments across multiple countries in Europe and North America.
He dealt with situations that had all shapes or forms of complexity ranging from bankruptcy situations or complicated carve-outs to handling simultaneous execution of initiatives in fast growing companies, all with the same goal: building better businesses for the long term.
Prior to working within Ponsardin Industries, Laurent worked for Torqx, a BeNeLux based fund, and before at US-based private equity funds, first at AEA Investors and later at Peak Rock Capital.
Laurent started his career at Nomura (former Lehman Brothers).
Sam Belga
Sam has 20 years of experience in the private equity industry, first at Platinum Equity where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of acquisitions in Europe for the firm and its portfolio companies.
Subsequently, he advised several small- and mid-caps at various stages of their development in their strategic initiatives including capital raising, joint-ventures and divestitures.
More recently he has been one of the principals at Eigen Capital, a US-based lower mid-market investment firm focused on corporate carve-outs and special situations in North America, where his focus has been primarily on originating acquisition opportunities.
